After going around in circles with Skoda Australia and Lennock MOtors in Canberra I finally contacted the guys at Ultra Tune Batemans Bay and had my car serviced. I am over the moon, they were professional and listened and solved all issues. And they turned off the annoying inspection warning, that I had been told I would need to take my car into Skoda. Lastly this service was a big one but still came in well under what I had been quoted elsewhere. Will certainly be going to Ultra tune Batemans Bay for all future services.
I have booked my car in with Tony twice for repairs. On both occasions I couldn't be happier with the result, the excellent customer service and the cost. I have recently moved to the area and with Tony, I feel I have found a mechanic I can trust to do a good job . He is an expert mechanic and a gentleman. He treats his customers with friendship and respect and most importantly, he takes obvious pride in his workmanship and doing the job properly. Now that I have found him, I would not dream of taking my car to anyone else. Highly recommended.
Tony and his team are magicians. Id left my device WAY too long. It was struggling, over reving, and running well below par. I thought it was on its last legs. 6 hours later, purring like a kitten. And very reasonably priced as well.
Received wonderful service today travelling past on holidays when our car was making an unusual noise Ultratune checked our car straight away at no charge and got us motoring again. Best service ever can't thank you enough !!
Very good service!! We are backpackers who rely a lot on our car & they helped us out immediately, fixing the problems within half a day. The man also gave us a lot of info about the car, which fuel to use best etc. (The manual of the car stated that unleaded 95 or 98 wouldnt make any difference on the cars performance (instead of 91), but it did improve (hugely!) when we listened to his advice! Friendly people, great mechanics!
