We came to the shop in utter desperation because our toyota townace was having a bad time on nearly all aspects of being motor vehicle. We called the morning and got helped straight away by a really nice couple. The man is in our perspective a skilled mechanic and went out of his way explaining all kinds of aspects of the vehicle to us while fixing a heap of problems that we didnt even knew existed.
