I recently stored my Quintrex Runabout with PR O'Brien Boat and Caravan Storage for 6 months. It was stored securely with no items missing when I picked it up. The manager even assisted in connecting the boat trailer to the car when I picked it up. Excellent customer service.
There is definitely something wrong with this company! Would never recommend it to anyone.We had a trip to the Batemans Bay in a group of people, and we were looking for finding a jet ski hire. After googling for that, the first result was PR O'Brien. We called on the mobile number provided at 5.30 pm, and the guy said we could hire jet ski. As the closing time was mentioned as 7.00 pm on the Google result, and the guy did not mention anything about the closing time, we went to the address given, but we did not see any company at that place. Apparently, the address was for the guy's house! We called him a few times but he didn't answer. After trying for a few times, he finally answered and said that they were closed at 5.00 pm! When we told him that in the Google page, 7.00 pm is the closing time, he said that we should have looked at their website! We later tried to find their website, but there is no website we could find for their "company"!And the worst part of the story was that after just one or two minutes, he called us back, and said in angry words that we shouldn't have come to his place, and we should make sure to leave the place immediately! I can't understand why someone should give their home address on the web as their company's and then get angry on travellers going to their address.This was one of the rudest behaviours I have ever seen from a company. Would never recommend it to anyone!
