I have purchased 2 properties before and used Greg for my third and hands down his report was by far the most comprehensive, it was unreal and his price was great aswell considering I paid the same in the past with others and did not get anything near the service that I received with Greg. I most definitely will be using home again in the future.

Comprehensive building reports- we used Greg for our recent pre-purchase inspection as he was one of the few that did it all- building, pest and asbestos. The report we received was comprehensive with plenty of photos. We didnt purchase the property but will certainly be contacting Greg when we find another.
