A great place for a picnic, close to town.

A lovely peaceful place to stroll along the above water boardwalk and watch the hundreds of water birds and ducks.

When first built by volunteers it was good, but since council took it over hasn't been maintained and almost all facilities have been destroyed and removed. It is dishonoring to the volunteers who gave up years to build an asset for future generations.

Never seen so many ducks in one place. When you walk around the board walk and onto the path you can see lots of bats in the trees.
