Absolutely discussing. Dirty. Our room has cum stains on the couch. Asked for a refund and was refused. Do not stay here

It's a great place for stay. Clean and tidy. Good quality and service for the price paid. Quick room service. Definitely would recommend to other people who wish to visit Batemans Bay. No review for restaurants as we visited some other restaurants nearby.
