I've had such great service from Joycies Flowers over the years. The flowers are always lovely and last so well. This year the team went over and beyond. Due to a mix up at my end, the arrangement I'd ordered couldn't be delivered. Joycie let me know and was really helpful in finding a solution. I can't thank you enough :)
I ordered a bouquet of flowers for a 90th birthday. I asked for roses to be incorporated. No roses were in the bouquet, it looked like something from Safeway and certainly not the $70 I paid for the bouquet. Given I am in Melb I could not personally pick out the flowers & relied on prev reviews and the owner to do a great job. I was so disappointed when I heard about what it looked like. This was a special birthday! I have been assured by Joycie that a new bouquet will be sent today to make up for my disappointment - thanks so much Joycie I really do appreciate that.

I have recently been planning my wedding and Joycie has been beyond helpful with recommendations for what is in season and different ideas for arrangements.
