good selection, great staff
Went to Harvey Norman Batemans Bay on the 30th January to purchase a vacuum cleaner. the lovely staff, a little Asian girl name i think is Joanne Mann was just so lovely with her help and i wish her all the best with being so helpful and a wonderful staff member. always happy and smiling.
Bit of an issue with something I purchased and needed to return. Once I was able to talk to the manager it was all fixed.
I am happy with the service at Harvey Norman .However I bought a television there recently because I am on my own I needed someone to mount it for me. They recommended someone and gave me his card. I was charged $270 for less than two hours work he miscalculated the height and drilled extra holes in my wall. And the opening in the wall was all ready there. Very dissapointed
Not a huge store by Harvey's standards, but well stocked with some pretty cool kit. Pretty much a good balance between standard (but good quality) items with a few tidbits for the more discerning punter. Staff weren't too intrusive or pushy, but available which I love. Can't stand the relentless hard sell and didn't get that here. I'd go back.
