Took my car to their service centre (not the dealership) for 2 recalls to be fixed and when I got my car back they didn't plug things in, my stereo had stopped working so I had no sound in my speakers so I had to take it back to get all that fixed and when I got my car back it still wasn't working and they had left screw driver marks all over my dash, also I hadn't received a call or been told what they even did, I had to call them and ask what they even did because it still wasn't fixed.They told me they had to send it away to get it fixed and that they would call me back because they have to organise it so I left it for a week and heard nothing from them so I called them and they told me they're still organising it......so it's been over a month now, Ive heard nothing from them, my stereo has somehow fixed itself I don't know how but it's just started working so I'm not bothering with going back to them for anything. Would highly not recommend going there as my car's been left looking like someone's hacked at my dash and they never call you back.

The last two times I have attended have been because of factory recalls. Both times, I have gotten home and found that my car has not been put back together properly. With the air bag recall, my glove box light was hanging in the footwell, and with the fuel pump recall, they have somehow misshapen my back seat, or left a part out so it doesnt clip in like it is supposed to. Unimpressed that I have to go at least four times to get done what shouldve only taken two visits.
I can be difficult myself but never felt a need to in this dealership Willingness to help came as soon as we walked in with Ricki meeting us on arrival and pleasantness until the deal was done congratulations to Ricki and the team five star service nick a Dan
