Great shop with knowledgeable staff. Helped me out of a jam with some last minute repair work to keep me on the trails. Good range of clothes, accessories and bikes. Full workshop.
We popped in on Boxing day to repair two mountain bikes for the kids. Everything was fixed the next morning with no fuss. Good value for money. Highly recommended.
This bike shop is amazing and the people that work there are fantastic, very knowledgeable, extremely keen to help those learn that are beginners, especially women. Thank you heaps.
Maybe it was the busy-ness of the Christmas period, but the female staff were very unfriendly and almost forceful in their customer service. The male staff member was nice. The stock was limited and pricey compared to other local Bike shops and the place seemed more flash than value. The place was a bike shop in the same way Kathmandu is an outdoor adventure shop.
Absolutely terrible. Female staff member treated us with contempt, arrogance and rudeness. (The fellow was nice and accommodating though.) The female staff member needs a freshen up on Customer Service and to also freshen up her personality. Might we suggest that she work out the back in the Service Dept. for a while. Not at the front counter. Sorry cannot provide more stars. Both jobs were completed though.
